Shelly Burkhart is a graduate of Baylor University and holds a certification in
Spiritual Direction and Dream Work from the Haden Institute. She is the owner of
Shine, a health and wellness studio located in Fairfield, Texas. Through her work,
Shelly combines the physical and the spiritual, teaching Pilates while also
offering Spiritual Direction and Dream Work to support holistic well-being.
With a deep passion for helping others connect to their inner creative spirit,
Shelly is dedicated to guiding individuals on a path toward greater selfawareness,
healing, and meaning. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply empathetic.
Shelly lives on a ranch with her husband and their two Australian Shepherds.
She finds inspiration in the natural world, especially during quiet nights by the fire
pit under a star-filled sky or while exploring the serenity of the mountains.
