Heather Harriss (she/her) is an elder in the United Methodist Church currently serving as the Pastor of Spiritual Care and Connection at Belmont UMC in Nashville, TN. She is a graduate of the Haden Institute’s Spiritual Direction and Dream Work programs. She leads small groups and retreats that offer contemplative practices to explore how the spirit is at work in our living and in our dreaming. She loves to read, to walk in the woods and to laugh with abandon.
